1. Standard Notice Period
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Changes made with sufficient notice will not incur a cancellation fee.

2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged up to 50% of the booked service value.
3. No-Shows
If you do not attend your appointment and do not contact us, the booking may be charged in full or any deposit may be forfeited.
4. Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, we will do our best to accommodate you. Your treatment time may be shortened to avoid delaying other guests, and full service pricing may still apply.
5. Packages and Groups
Packages, couples treatments, and group bookings may require longer notice periods and/or deposits. Any specific terms will be confirmed at the time of booking.
6. Emergencies
We understand emergencies happen. In exceptional circumstances, fee waivers may be considered at management's discretion.
